In most cases when injuries don't heal the cause is usually a lack of proper blood supply. It is easy to get focused on the condition and overlook the fundamental mechanism responsible. Convention medicine does this all the time by focusing on symptoms. We see the results of this best in the practice of pain management, where drugs mask the cause. The patient begins to present as getting better and obviously they are feeling better however because nothing is being done to correct the injury the end result will be failure. Eventually the drugs will stop producing pain relief and the patient will have to increase the amount taken.
